The Swedish Institute sends all orders with commercial shipping companies. There is no option to send orders with UD-kurir anymore. Therefore, it is especially important to order the Institute's publications regularly and well in advance. For orders within the EU the delivery time is normally 14 days. Delivery outside the EU is normally 4-5 weeks, due to various customs handling.

Normally the Swedish missions abroad don’t pay any freight costs when ordering material from SI. However, due to extremely high delivery costs and an increase in the number of short notice orders we are charging full shipping cost for urgent deliveries where they arise because of lack of early planning on the part of embassies or consulates. Therefore please remember to order information material at an early stage in planning an event.
