Payment by credit card
When you have completed your order, you can choose to pay with a Visa or MasterCard using our secure online service. Your payment will be handled by Certitrade (www.certitrade.net) with standard bank safety encryption. Your card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read by third parties. There are no additional fees for credit card payments.

Payment by invoice
If you choose not to use a credit card we will send an invoice separately to your billing address. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Cost of shipping and VAT
The cost of freight and VAT (VAT=6 percent on books and publications, 25 percent on other material) is included in the final amount at the checkout point. Customers within the European Union who provide a valid VAT registration number, as well as customers in countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT. VAT is required for all other customers.
